I will post the 2 week old ones soon
Keep in mind that the babies are still young and is still difficult to tell the gender so some genders listed may be wrong.
Please have a habitat ready for your new baby dragon upon purchase.
Habitat kits are available at most pet shops but I have listed things I like below.
They will need
-30 gallon or larger tank
-heat lamp and uvb/uva lamp (combo lights are available)
-substrate (reptile carpet or paper towels) Note: DO NOT give them sand until they are 1 year old or they may become impacted and die
-something to climb on (rock or wood)
-water dish or spray bottle (I use both and spray them down twice a day)
-crickets and spring mix (never give iceberg lettuce or spinach, it will make them very sick)
Optional things you may want to get:
-calcium powder (for crickets)
-cricket keeper
-thermometer
-medicine dropper (can be trained to drink from it instead of spray bottle, useful for teaching them to drink out of a water dish)
-bearded dragon food pellets (I use these to feed the crickets or if I have to go away for a couple of days)
-When they are older they will also eat zucchini, carrot, strawberry and apple
-Phoenix worms and Goliath worms are high in nutrients and calcium. Can be given in place of crickets
-Mealworms and Superworms are only treats and do not have much nutrients
-Adult bearded dragons can be feed pinkies but its not necessary
***Only feed live food that is smaller than the distance between their eyes. Larger food can cause impaction and death***
